All our watches come with a 2-year warranty that covers manufacturer's defects after the original date of purchase from either our website or one of our authorized retailers. In the event of any malfunction of watch mechanics or parts, we will repair or replace your product, free of charge. Our warranty is industry-standard, therefore does not cover water damage, wear and tear over time, batteries, accidental damage, scratches, strap damage or theft.

On the rare occasion, you’re not 100% delighted with your watch, you may return the watch and receive either a store credit or a full refund of your purchase. The purchased item must be returned within 30 days of your order. Please do note, that returned items must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition. The original packaging and any protective coverings must be present when returned. Any product that is damaged or has visible wear present will be returned to the customer. Customers are responsible for shipping purchased the item back. Please contact our support team at Support@alexandercavanowatches.com for guidance if you have any further questions.  

All orders over $50 are shipped free of charge worldwide. Our shipments are shipped from our headquarters in New York, Monday – Saturday from 8 am-5 pm eastern time. Please be aware that during holidays your item maybe one or two days behind schedule. Once payment is received, we will ship your item the same day and follow up with email confirmation containing your tracking number.

SHIPPING TIMES

All U.S orders will be mailed out priority shipping. Your item will arrive between 2-7 business days. If your order is placed after 6 pm it will be shipped out the following day. For International orders, all items will be shipped and scheduled to arrive within 5-14 business days. Please be advised that Holidays/Customs may delay shipping for both US & International orders.

For the Catalonia Chronograph model, it houses a high precision 5 hand Seiko Quartz Movement. 

At Alexander Cavano quality is always our priority, so we made sure we used premium Sapphire crystal. Sapphire crystal is extremely resilient and scratch-resistant making it the top choice for a fine timepiece.

All of our watches feature 316L surgical grade stainless steel.

We made sure to use the best in the game when it came to leather. All our models sport Top grain Italian leather. Italian Leather is made to last and gets better with age. Be sure to smell your strap, the scent will bring you back to one of your favorite leather jackets.
